Justin attended University of Maryland, graduating with a Degree in Kinesiology. He recieved his certification from the American College of Sports Medicine, and has worked as a trainer for 5 years, in addition to being a volunteer Strenth & Conditioning coach at Georgetown University
His Specialties include Weight loss, flexibility & mobility, and strength & conditioning.
